DRUMDRUM starts using six electric forklifts at the beginning of 2020.

After extensive testing and careful elaboration of the specifications, it was decided to take the step to electrical. This fits within our business philosophy of opting for sustainability.

These forklifts replace traditional powered forklifts with a traditional combustion engine.

Three of these forklifts are equipped with weighing forks. This will make it easier to check that drums, that are collected on pallets, are properly emptied.

The employees are still getting used to the new forklifts, but are enthusiastic about this new step.
