CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

FUNCTION

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers and manage the order taking process. This involves entering orders and pick-up orders in Navision, after consultation with production and transport.
  • You are the bridge between the customer and the company, with customer satisfaction and problem-solving are key.
  • You provide administrative support to your colleagues in customer service, logistics and production.

PROFILE

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Good language skills: French, German and English.
  • Likes a dynamic environment, and gets energy from arranging and solving
  • A positive and constructive team player with an open mindset who wants to move forward together with us.
