For packaging that contained products that can be cleaned by rinsing.

After rigourous grading and selection the used drums are entering the rinsing line. The drums are cleaned internally through their bung holes.

They are then automatically tested for tightness using a differential pressure tester.

Subsequently, the outside of the internally cleaned drum is thoroughly shotblasted to remove paint and logos and to prepare the surface properly before painting. The drums are sprayed externally in the customer's colours.
